Fügen Heritage Museum

The Fügen Heritage Museum has been housed in one of the oldest buildings in Fügen since 1979. There you will be able to experience a journey back in time through the history of the Zillertal. Discover local culture and folk traditions of days past, as well as the Zillertal National Singers who, in the 19th century, took the famous Christmas song "Silent Night" around the world. In the "Silent Night Corner", you can learn all about the creation and spread of this, the most famous Christmas song of all time, based on photo documentation and many original manuscripts.

Hours:
June through September: Tuesday and Friday from 4 - 6 p.m.
July and August: Monday from 8 until 10 p-m-, as well as by appointment (for groups).
