The 4 double rooms feature shower/WC, balcony or sunbathing lawn.  Our "Alpenblick" vacation apartment is equipped with a kitchen, bath/WC, living room, 2 separate bedrooms for a total of 4 people, cloakroom and its own sunbathing area.
