Quality-certified farm with a "4 Flower" rating, located above Zell am Ziller, close to the lift mid station in the Zillertal Arena.

Our comfortable, lovingly furnished vacation apartments - with natural flooring and natural-wood furniture - include two separate bathrooms with corner tub, 2 separate WC's, fully equipped combo living room and kitchen with dishwasher, sofa-bed etc., while towels, bedclothes, dish towels and table linens are also provided for your convenience.

Our vacation apartments boast beautiful wooden balconies, affording splendid views of our alpine scenery.

Our farm animals: dog, cats, cows, calves, pigs, rabbits, hens.

We offer daily delivery of fresh breakfast rolls, with a selection that simply can't be beat. A ski-storage room and boot dryer are also available for you to use.

We are located just a few minutes from the lift mid station in the Zillertal Arena, the valley's biggest ski and hiking area (stop for regional buses right by the farmhouse).  The Zillertal Arena offers countless opportunities, both summer and winter, for exciting new experiences.  Art, culture, tradition, sport - whatever you are looking for, the Zillertal Arena has it.

Our farm serves as an ideal base from which to explore the Zillertal valley -- hiking, mountain biking, running, cycling, Nordic walking, mountaineering, it's entirely up to you. Numerous cycle paths and mountain bike trails provide a perfect way to enjoy our pristine countryside and lush alpine meadows.
And our big recreation center in Zell makes your vacation experience complete.

Winter:
Our farm is the perfect starting point from which to enjoy the alpine world of Zillertal ... on alpine or cross-country skis, snowboard, skates, or out on a winter's hike.

In winter, there is so much to keep you occupied, even away from the perfectly groomed slopes, including countless cross-country trails, ice rinks and toboggan runs. If you prefer something a little more peaceful and closer to nature, numerous hiking paths allow you to explore our glistening snow-covered fields and hillsides.

The biggest ski and hiking area in the Zillertal offers 163 km of ski slopes, 50 lifts, 140 ha of snow-making coverage, a Children's Paradise, 3 permanent race hills and the Hot Zone snow park.

200 km of cross-country ski trails crisscross the entire Zillertal.
