Spend your days in the newly-built Apart Hanserhof guesthouse with 2 apartments or in the apartment "Wechselspitz" in our charming traditional farmhouse, which has destinct wooden design features and meets the highest standards for comfortable living ensuring a relaxed holiday.
Here at the Hanserhof everything focuses on a relaxed pace of life. Guests are welcomed with a Schnapps and can settle in to this wonderful lifestyle straight away. Enjoy memorable moments with traditional music or a lovely glass of wine in our comfortable "Stube", which is a traditional farmer's parlour.
Our comfortable apartments are all furnished with plenty of natural materials and create a delightful ambience to ensure our guests' well-being. The farmhouse also offers plenty of parking spaces for our guests to use.
The animal residents at our farmhouse always enjoy to meet new people and love to be petted. Meet our cows, calves, pigs, rabbits, chickens, goats, and cats. Our friendly pony "Charly" is looking forward to making new friends too!

Farm Stay Holiday at the Hanserhof Farm
The Hanserhof farm, which has been awarded with 4 flowers for excellence, is situated up the mountain not far from Zell am Ziller, surrounded by the impressive alpine landscape of the Zillertal. The mid-station of the Zillertal Arena ski lift is easily accessible and only 5 minutes from the farm, allowing guests to catch the lift to the top of the mountain.
One of the highlights for our guests of all ages is the helping hands they can provide with some of our typical jobs at the farm. We enjoy showing guests our work and some of the most popular jobs are working on the fields or with our animals. Try a glass of milk you just milked directly from one of our cows, as well as the many delightful products made directly at our farm. After experiencing the work done at a farm first-hand, guests can enjoy relaxing on our sunny terrace where a coffee and cake is waiting for all our helpers.
All guests are very welcome to visit us at our "Alm", our traditional alpine pasture and hut, where the delicious "Melkermuas" speciality dish can be enjoyed accompanied by a fresh glass of milk.
All children can have great fun at our spacious children's playground at our farmhouse. With exciting things to play with, there are many things for children of all ages to enjoy such as the slide, trampoline, table tennis, darts, foosball table, a sand pit, and a swing set.
Feel right at home in the heart of the majestic Zillertal mountains and the Zillertal Arena. Explore your surroundings on delightful walks, hikes, while skiing or snowboarding, enjoy some wellness, culture, local traditions, sports activities, and exciting adventures. The farmhouse and its setting is just as delightful during summer as it is during winter.
Gerlosberg offers guests a a delightful family holiday destination during our snowy winters. The spectacular ski resort Zillertal Arena is a mere 5-minute drive from our farmhouse and ensures fantastic skiing fun in the largest ski area of the Zillertal valley.
The winter hiking trail from the stop Erlach/Almhof to the Astachhof snack hut starts directly at our farm. Explore all the romantic spots in our great outdoors and enjoy our spectacular winter wonderland at your own pace. Relax and unwind in the unique tranquillity of the snow-covered landscape.

Enjoy fresh delicacies directly from nature at the Hanserhof farm. Have you ever had milk which you have milked yourself? Warm and as fresh as can be, milk tastes so much better. At the Hanserhof farm we proudly offer a range of homemade produce directly from our working farm. We can provide our guests with a huge variety of delicious fresh bread rolls every day, upon request.
