The Berliner High-Alpine Path
Discover the popular Berlin Höhenweg hiking trail and enjoy beautiful views and rustic Alpine huts along the way.
The Berlin Höhenweg winds from Finkenberg or Ginzling to Gamshütte - then on to Friesenberghaus, and via the Olpererhütte to Furtschaglhaus. It continues via Schönbichler Horn to Berliner Hütte and on to Mönchnerscharte and Greizer Hütte. Follow the trail from Lapenscharte to Kassler Hütte and then via Siebenschneide trail to Edelhütte. And enjoy the final decent to Mayrhofen.
Maxhütte is the excursion destination for the entire family – for young and old and in any weather.
From Ginzling by foot approx. 1 ¼ hours.
